This my preliminary task to make a short film called 'A day in the life...'. We chose to make a film about a day in the life of a teenage girl named Amber who's mother died and how her father abuses her daily. This task has helped me to know what different camerashots work well for certain videos and which ones would be better suited for a different genre. I enjoyed making this video, I work well behind the camera and I think this has widened my knowledge of using a camera. My favourite part of making this video was the editing. I think that I work very well when it comes to the editing part of the video, I enjoy trying different techniques such as, cross dissolves, I think this video has broadened my knowledge and creativitiy so I will have more ideas when it comes to creating my main music video task.

A Day in the Life of Amber
